we are

At The Polish Oven, every cookie, cake, and loaf is made with heart- a deep love for Polish tradition.

What began as a home kitchen passion turned into a way to bring a taste of my heritage to Indianapolis.

My mission is simple: bake from scratch, stay true to tradition, and spread a little sweetness one bite at a time. You’ll find me rolling dough by hand, shaping each cookie with care, and bringing a bit of “babcia’s kitchen” to every farmers market or custom order.
